How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and typically arrive in 5-8 business days after dispatch, anywhere in the United States.
Is shipping free?
Standard US shipping is $8.88, and it is free on orders over $50. We ship within the United States only.
Can I return a product if I do not like it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened beauty products.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us with photos within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund and cover the return shipping.
Do you test the products before selling them?
We do not reformulate or repackage anything. Every product arrives sealed exactly as the brand shipped it.
Will you help me choose a product?
Yes. Tell us your skin type, your concern or the effect you are after, and we will tell you honestly if a product is not right for you - including when a cheaper option in the same category will do the same job.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If it has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us and we will sort it out.
