Questions we get most
Are lip oils better than gloss?
For hydration and comfort, yes. For maximum shine, no. Lip oils give the natural just-bitten look; gloss gives the reflective finish. Our full comparison covers the layering order too.
Do lip plumpers actually work?
Mostly as a temporary effect, usually 15-60 minutes, and they work best on hydrated lips. A hyaluronic acid lip oil gives a similar plumper look without the tingle.
What is the best lip product for extremely dry lips?
A thick occlusive balm at night, and a hydrating serum during the day. Gloss on cracked lips is painful, so treat first and add shine second.
Which lip shade suits my undertone?
Cool undertones suit blue, pink and berry reds; warm undertones suit orange, coral and brick. The undertone guide has the full shade map.
